|My mom & I at Red Lobster for Mother’s Day! 🙂 ♥|
This post is to all of the mothers out there who listen, care, give and love, not because they have to and not because they are supposed to, but because it’s natural. To all the mothers out there that smile at their children, give great hugs and are so good at cuddling, they could do it professionally. To all the mothers out there who are as equally supportive as they are understanding. To all the mothers out there who are still expecting, and to the mothers out there who aren’t biologically linked to their children.
This is my way of saying thank you. You, as individuals, as women, and as role models, shape society. I know that I would be nowhere without my mom (literally, as she gave me life) and I cannot imagine living one second of my life without her. She is the most amazing woman in the world, as she has all of the things that make a great mother and more. This post is to say thank you to her, and thank you to all of the mothers in the world. You make the world go around and the stars shine bright. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
At the end of the day, it’s not the lipstick that we bought yesterday or the mascara that we want that matters. Inspirational women, just like my mom and yours, are what we will remember ten years from now, fifteen years from now, twenty years from now. Moms motivate us, listen to us boast when we feel we did something well, listen to us cry when something goes wrong, and are always there to help us along the path of life. My mom is a hero, and so are all of the women in the world that play this exceptional part, and manage to smile along the way.
In conclusion, I am not only proud of my mom for being the amazing person that she is, but I am proud to be her daughter and am truly blessed to have her in my life.
Thank you, Mom!! ♥
Lots of love,
