During the warmer months, I like to keep my fashion choices simple and streamlined, usually pairing a feminine top with something more rugged like denim shorts or capris on the bottom. I find that the dress code for social gatherings these days are gradually becoming more and more laid-back with each degree the temperature rises, so now that we’re about halfway through the season and are inevitably experiencing some hot, hot heat nationwide, people are only expected to show up in a swimsuit to even the more “formal” events! 😉 Now, barring a pool party, I would never actually do that (LOL, can you imagine!? #awks), but casual, light and breezy looks like this one keep me simultaneously calm, cool and stylish. What more could a gal ask for!? 🙂
